[Friday arrives, the deadline to go through with the motive. A motive which will destroy what you love most if no one is murdered. It's enough to make most people at least concerned about the possible outcome.

When everyone wakes up that morning, they'll find that the bedrooms and foyer are clear, so maybe that means that means that no one took the motive? Maybe you can just go back to sleep and forget this whole thing.

However, there are still those sprawling movie sets out there, but maybe we're just being paranoid.

[ First thing Basil does--after getting back onto the floor again--is to glance around and see if there's anything of note nearby...
but there doesn't seem to be much, and somebody seems to be already checking on that, so.

[Well there seems to be something under her fingernails.]

[There's some very minor damage, like she was scratching something.

There's also blood and fibers under her fingernails, however.]

[ What are the fibers like? Color, material (if he can tell), any weird scent to it...? ]

[They're red, and from what Basil can tell, they seem to be a natural fiber.]

Is there anything else on this side of the body? ]

[There are some cuts on her legs.]

[ Do the cuts look like they were left by a blade, by claws, or by teeth? Are they deep, or superficial? ]

[There are some around her ankle that are superficial, but there's also a deep gash in her left thigh. They all seem to be blade wounds.]

[ The ankle wounds strike him as being rather odd. Why cut at her ankle like that...

How much did the gash bleed? Could the blood trail potentially be from the gash in her leg? ]

[Pretty badly, and it does seem to match up with the blood trail.]

[ Basil clears his throat, addressing the others still in the room. ] Perhaps one of you might give me a hand...?

[If no one else gets there first, the robot will calmly and coolly help turn Gwen back over on her back. She's kind of Super Disassociating so Basil might wanna back up quick before he gets crushed by a corpse.]

[ He jumps out of the way easily--he's honestly more accustomed to Quickly Dodging Huge Things(tm) than to the idea that the larger folk might care about whether he's in the way.

[There are three deep wounds on her back. They seem like stab wounds.]
