[At this point it almost seems redundant to fluff this with optimism Since it would be more of a shock at this point if nothing bad or weird happened on Friday. Still, it seems eerily quiet today, almost normal, in a sense.

[Well, no screaming. That's always good.

Soos is going to the dining room first, specifically the kitchen. He wants to at least have snack before finding the corpse of the week.]

[Leia wakes early, having slept very little, and slips out of bed, dressing quickly. Her stomach's too knotted up even for coffee, so she doesn't even make an attempt at heading for the kitchen, just goes out to the foyer and peeks into each room as she passes.]

Basil looks out from his room, eyeing the (empty??) hallway with suspicion. If nothing bad is instantly apparent, he's heading up to the coffee shop. He feels like having a pastry today. ]

Next he'll go to the medical room. Maybe he could save someone before they bleed out? (Probably not but don't hurt his last bit of optimism.)]

If that's not interrupted, he'll start examining the other rooms up here. Except the greenhouse. The carnivorous plants are big enough to be a threat to him, no need to go adding more deaths. ]
