So when he's startin' to get close to someone, he's scared that if he has too much fun that he'll start actin' different. He really like bein' all [Deep voice:] It is I, the esteemed Professor Ratigan, the greatest rat genius ever! [Normal voice:] Bu you know what I think?

It's all an act.

He's really not as good of an actor as he thinks he is-- don't tell him I said that, though. I think he'd take it even worse than the whole rat thing.

Anyway, it'll all be better once he and his dumb boyfriend realize their feelings for each other and hug it out. That's how it always works.

Oh, he's a fun actor. The kind that makes everythin' so dramatic you can help but love? That must be why Basil likes him so much.

The problem here is that they kinda got in a fight and don't wanna talk to each other, so gettin' them to "accidentally" get them to confess is gonna be harder than normal. What we could do is talk to them separately, have them apologize and hug it out, and see where it goes from there.
