I was busy with more pressing responsibilities than running a daycare. I had assumed he had been raised decently enough to trust him not to construct an intricate murder machine with the MOST transparently untrustworthy creature in the entirety of creation.

Of course, people in authority can try ta hurt you too, because they got so much power. So you gotta be sure to stay out of their way and pay respect. Only go to them if you absolutely need to.
