[Elsa's face mirrors Thalia's. She doesn't cry, despite the burning in her eyes; she's cried so much over the past months that she's finally all dried up, and she's not sure if that's better or worse.

The pain is somewhat lessened by the girl's words, because of course Ford had gone out doing something brave... but it's a bandaid on a gaping wound that keeps getting torn wider and wider.]

There... there has to be something we can do, right? We were able to save all of you in the underworld earlier, we can do it again...!
