[You've all been here for well over a month and it's getting harder and harder to keep spirits up. There has been small hope thanks to a mysterious person talking to you through your dreams. A small hope that maybe you'll be able to escape and get your friends back, but you'll have to escape first.

There are no new floors to explore, the outside area remains the same as it's always been. Might as well get comfy here.

I'm trying to climb onto the roof. [With her makeshift grappling hook.] You know, to investigate.

Ooooh... cool.

[Nodnod. That definitely makes sense to her.]

I can't get it to [She kind of waves her hand at the chimney.] stick up there.

[kindaruledatit]

Hmm. [Hands on her hips, she surveys the situation, looking from Julia, to the grappling hook, to the chimney sticking out of the roof... She also realizes that people don't look up all that often, do they? Guess that's why they have a fireplace.]

I guess it would be a lot harder if you don't have a grappling hook gun. [Ah, Mabel. She misses you.

She points to herself.] How's about letting me take a crack at it?

Sure, I mean. I wasn't really getting anywhere.

[Julia hands over the grappling hook, which upon closer inspection is two bent forks tied together onto the end of a braided rope made out of her sheets. It was the best she could do with things she thought nobody would miss.]

[She looks it over, and nods thoughtfully.] Not bad. [If she does say so herself, for someone who has probably never had apocalypse training.]

Alright, stand back. [She eyes the spot she wants to hit, twirling the long rope in her hands before she tosses it up with all her might.

It.... is good. Miraculously, Wendy manages to get it to stick to a ledge, and it seems to stay after she gives it a few test tugs.]

Sweet.

[Julia gives a little cheer when it catches.]

That was so cool. I guess your apocalypse training came in handy, huh?

[And Wendy gives a little bow, she's cool like that.]

Oh yeah, already did when the world was ending. Guess it kind of pays off sometimes to do that instead of celebrating christmas.

[Tug tug. Yup. It seems like it's stuck for good.] You... wanna have first crack at it, right?
