WEEK 2
[One week. One week spent in the Haunted Mansion, and nothing seems to have changed. The hinges still creak in doorless chambers, strange and frightening sounds still echo through and you still occasionally catch a flicker of candlelight out of the corner of your eye. You might be slowly becoming familiar with the mundanity of this communal life, and we've recognized that possibility.
Something has to give.]
[SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
{ooc: Don't forget to turn in your week 1/intro AC! As per murdergame tradition, this begins our new weekly schedule - Tuesday and onwards are locked for the motive. Everybody's just working for the weekend.
Additionally, a few people this week are going to get tagged by...something. If you'd like to opt out of this, please let us know.}

Kitchen.
Hey Wander, you're up early-
[That was suppose to be a joke, but she stops short when she notices how jittery he is.]
Do you need help with breakfast?
[She knows that Wander is probably worried about other things, but she didn't want to push unless she knew he wanted to talk about it.
no subject
[He gives her one of those "I'm totally fine, please don't worry about me" smiles. He's trying to stay optimistic, and worrying won't do anyone any good.]
I mean, I guess you can get the bacon out. I dunno how much most folks eat at breakfast.
no subject
Usually around two or three. We should probably make extra just in case.
[She pauses a little bit before she suddenly remembered something she wanted to tell Wander (she was kinda busy panicking and forgot earlier.)]
You know, the other day I got this dress outta that slot machine over there. It's really not my style so you can have it if you want.
no subject
Huh. Does it belong to anyone here? I got Mike's bobblehead, so chances everyone's things are in there, too.
[Though a dress sounds nice. If it doesn't belong to one of the other guests, that is.]
no subject
[She's... not entirely sure if Wander heard her screaming last week.]
But I can ask around. I don't think anyone is especially missing it but it can't hurt to ask.
no subject
The possibility of getting something nice is calming.]
So...did you find anythin' new the past week? The mansion is neat, and I've gotten to talk to Ghostave a few times, he doesn't seem so bad after all.
no subject
[She is about to flip out before she registers that A) Wander is still very alive right now and B) "Doesn't seem so bad" isn't a bad sign? Although it's a vague sign coming from Wander.]
I guess I learned whoever filled up the slot machine is messed up. I never contacted GH because I get the feeling he wouldn't give me satisfactory answers to any of the questions I have for him.
[You know, why them, why is Wander seemingly from the past, stuff like that.]
no subject
[Until then, Wander has to make do without a Bag of Holding.]
Anyway, what's this about the slot machine? All I got were some clothes and a snowglobe out of it.
no subject
Oh right, did he tell you why they did that to us? I figured it's so that we can't escape, but it seems like the building is reinforced with something to prevent that anyway.
[She takes a deep breath before going back to the slot machine. Keep calm, keep calm...]
You remember Fiddles, right? He found a hand in the machine.
no subject
A hand? Like a plastic hand painted red so it looks like it's been chopped off and left bleedin' for days, the realistic ones they sell at high-end horror shops? [THAT IS TOTALLY FITTING FOR A HAUNTED MANSION, WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE?]
no subject
Wander, we were pretty sure it was an actual human hand!
no subject
...An old mummified hand? [Still creepy, but not as creepy as a fresh one.]
no subject
I... I don't know how old it was, but it was new enough that it couldn't have been that old.
no subject
Well... [positives, positives] They did say there's a lot of ghosts here. And a graveyard, so who knows where they got that?
[Certainly not from the previous guests.]
no subject
[She doesn't look entirely convinced by this, as hard as she tries.]
no subject
[Ha hah. It's not funny but that ghost sure tried.]
...Want some pancakes with your bacon?
no subject
[Hahaha that's totally the case here they're not all going to die horrible deaths in this building.]
... Actually that sounds really nice right about now.
no subject
[He jumps off his stool, opens the countertop cabinet, gets on his knees, and pulls out a small sack of flour.]
Nothin' like a big breakfast to get our thinkin' brain's revvin'! Whooo wants chocolate chip?
no subject
[She lazily waves her hand.]
Need any more help with that?
[She supposed now that Wander was done cutting the fruit, she didn't need to worry about it much, but it didn't hurt to ask.]
no subject
[If Tarzan hasn't drunk all the milk already.]
no subject
Of course, bud.
So I'm guessing you've made friends with everyone in this building already?
[She's both curious and just... really hoping everyone likes him enough not to even think about killing him.]
no subject
Almost everyone. I still gotta talk to some of them, but mark my words Sylvia, I have got to meet that lion!
[With one hand, he takes a carton of eggs, and the other holds a half-full jug of milk.]
Turns out we have a like of nice folks here. Anna, the other Anna, WALL-E, Namine, Sophie, Star, Karolina, Mike, Tadashi, Lefou, Ping, Tip, Wendy, Tarzan, Fiddles, Ford, Jiminy...Maui. [It's everyone he has spoken to once, in general order of most likeable to "they could use a lump of love"]
no subject
[She's very Iffy about Maui but also they do share their love for punching and he doesn't sound like too bad of a guy yet.
Sylvia also might not be aware that Fiddles and Wander are actually friends and isn't even as alien racist to him.]
The lion's okay, I guess. Pretty sure she doesn't actually get what's going on here.
no subject
[As far as he can tell, they aren't stuck-up moralizers or spacists. What nice people.]
Fiddles and I were just talkin' last week about how we both sound so similar, funny ain't it? We can bond over learnin' about each other that way.
no subject
[Wander, even you should know that that's not right. However with Fiddles she looks more awkward.]
I'm sorry Wander, there's nothing Fiddles and I can bond over. He thinks I'm dangerous. I'm pretty sure if someone dies he'll think I'm the one who did it, no matter what actually happened.
