[Well, someone took the bait last week, and now two people (if either of them could really be called a person) are dead. Not only that, it seems like your first host is now out of commission and replaced by someone who claims to be The Phantom. While he may not be incredibly worse than Facilier yet, it would be a stretch to say he's an improvement.

But, things aren't all bad! When the guests wake up on Sunday, they will find the stairs in the foyer are now open, leading to a whole new floor to explore!

And there's booze so no one will have to drink vinegar anymore.

Well, excuse me! The sword was talking back!

Saba! [ Kim covers his mouth - which, yes, does move. ] Shh! Just because it's an open secret doesn't mean people aren't weirded out by a talking sword!

Whoa!

[Marco leans in towards the sword, his eyes wide with curiosity.]

It's not weird -- it's cool! I had a bike that was sentient once, so I know a thing or two about this kind of thing. Besides... a small talking toy cowboy literally killed someone last week. Nothing can get weirder than that.

[And then to the sword:]

It's nice to meet you!

Well... Yes, it's just kind of weird talking about it to...begin with... [ Awkward smile. ] You had a sentient bike?

You as well, sir. My name is Saba, sword of the- ah, former sword of the White Power Ranger.

Yeah! He was.... kind of more like a pet rather than someone I could talk to all the time. I named him Nacho and he was the best bike a guy could ever had.

[poor one out for nacho]

Do all swords talk in your dimension? Or just the ones for Power Rangers? [whatever the fuck those are]

[ The most uncomfortable smile as she like. Glances at the ceiling. ]

Uh, no, no all of them were just the normal Blade Blasters. Saba's an exception, that whole...everything was an exception, with the White Ranger. [ even more awkward tbh- ] It's kind of weird to even talk about it, you know? Secret identity stuff.

[ ...oh no, honey. Kim can't help but laugh and smile, shaking off the discomfort. ]

Marco... No, no, I'm getting used to it. It'll just take some time, is all. [ She gives him a wink. ] But thank you, I do appreciate it.

[Marco gives a little smile in response so that wink, maybe a bit of a blush on his cheeks from that and he picks his drink back up to take a sip from.]

Okay but if you're ever feeling like you've got to talk to someone about anything, you can always come talk to me.

[ She nudges him with her elbow and gathers up the outfit that drew Marco's attention in the first place, handing it to him. ]

I'd expect nothing else of a sweet prince! I'll keep it in mind.

[You're lucky Marco had already taken a sip before you said that, otherwise you would have had a nice spittake on your hands there Kim.]

I-I'm not a prince! I just borrowed this once to watch a show with the royal family! That's not something you can just wear a hoodie to, y'know!

You know what they say, though, clothes make the man~!

[ She is absolutely teasing him to hell and back here. ]

[Marco groans, annoyed and embarrassed with Kim's teasing and he buries his face in the white uniform.]

I'm a squire!

[ She giggles. ]

Okay, okay, squire. I'll stop.

You wear a fancy outfit one time!

[Marco sighs, pulling his face out of his outfit and he looks at the machine with a look of indifferent curiosity. Which is totally a thing.]

...so what else did you get outta there?

[ c: ]

Aha, nothing much. A lamp, some weird...display thing- Noby got one last week too, ummm...

[ The VHS... She doesn't mention that one. ]

Everything else feels a little less important after Saba.

Huh..

[Marco comes over, picking up the lamp to inspect it.]

It's kinda weird how a slot machine can hold this much stuff isn't it?

[ Kim shrugs. ]

I've just been figuring magic. Magic can do a lot of freaky, freaky things.
