[Well, someone took the bait last week, and now two people (if either of them could really be called a person) are dead. Not only that, it seems like your first host is now out of commission and replaced by someone who claims to be The Phantom. While he may not be incredibly worse than Facilier yet, it would be a stretch to say he's an improvement.

But, things aren't all bad! When the guests wake up on Sunday, they will find the stairs in the foyer are now open, leading to a whole new floor to explore!

And there's booze so no one will have to drink vinegar anymore.

We're gonna need any help we can get, probably. I mean, I don't have any idea what this monster looks like or how big it is or anything but if that jerk is saying it'll kill anyone in it's path then I'm going to assume it's probably going to be a challenge.

I think our numbers may be thick enough to put up a decent enough front.

We'd have to prioritize protecting non-combatants, though.

[Marco hops off the table he was standing on, and sets the canvas he was holding down on it's front so he has a blank space to work with.]

I was thinking, [He pulls up a pen he had laying around, and starts drawing figures.]

We could hide everyone who can't fight in one of the rooms -- not a bedroom 'cause then there'd be no way to get out if it got in somehow but maybe like the kitchen? We could barricade the doors of the kitchen and they could escape from the diningroom if they needed to, while the rest of us try to fight the monster off.

[its too bad someones definitely going to murder for this motive and all this planning will go to shit]

Hm, very good. The barricade would have to be substantial and strong. [Unlike his attempts in the bar.] Perhaps the non-combatants could take inventory of the furniture here and work out a suitable structure for it.

Yeah, that's a good idea! And we've got a whole second floor to work with too as far as furniture goes.

With knowing what we're working with, we can better plan how to build.
