[Well, someone took the bait last week, and now two people (if either of them could really be called a person) are dead. Not only that, it seems like your first host is now out of commission and replaced by someone who claims to be The Phantom. While he may not be incredibly worse than Facilier yet, it would be a stretch to say he's an improvement.

But, things aren't all bad! When the guests wake up on Sunday, they will find the stairs in the foyer are now open, leading to a whole new floor to explore!

And there's booze so no one will have to drink vinegar anymore.

Y...Yeah! So many of you are such great fighters! I'm glad! And you have swords!

[He nervously fiddles with the valves on his trumpet before whispering:]

I'm...I'm still scared, though. What if it gets to me before any of you can stop it? Or...or, um, the kids?

[He was probably not actually thinking of the kids before he said that.]

[ Kim's sword (temporary sword) jiggles at her belt. ]

It won't. See, we're all ready for it...and Marco's got a lot of plans, didn't you hear him? If you're real scared... Do you want to stay with someone? Someone who's good at fighting it?

[bayoublues]

Yeah...Marco's a good kid. He's really good. And...and he's right!

[He's a gator and he's proud...yeah.]

That...that would really make me feel a lot safer! D'you know who might--actually, are you offering for me to stay with you?

Oh, um- [ well he is a boy gator but you know what? Saba's kind of a boy too and Kim's had him over. ] Why, sure! Sure, Louis, I've got a lot of monster fighting under my belt. Me and Saba, we won't let anything happen to you.

I mean, uh, only if you feel like it? I wouldn't wanna impose on you in any way. There's loads of people who can also fight monste--

Oh! [ She unhooks the short sword from her belt. ] Lou, meet Saba. Saba, Lou.

[ And then the sword says: ] An alligator! Those biographies weren't lying, were they? Hello, there.

[He jumps a little when he hears a voice coming from the sword.]

Jeez--! Um. Hello. What are you supposed to be?

[it's just he hasn't met very many talking swords before.]

I am a sword, the companion of the former White Power Ranger, the copilot of the White Tiger Thunderzord!

...He's a friend. He belonged to a, um, friend of mine, back home.

[bayoublues]

[He...did not understand half of those words that sword just said but that's fine!]

Well, that ain't somethin' you see everyday. What makes a Power Ranger more powerful than a Regular Ranger? Um, besides the fact that you have talking swords, I suppose.

Hoo boy, um... Louis, did you...happen to read my bio?

Uh...I'll admit, I just skimmed over it. I'm not that great at reading.

[ She meets him with an awkward grin. ]

That's fine, it was kind of long anyway. Okay, uh... Well, a Power Ranger is someone chosen to defend the Earth. It's...a superhero. I...was one of them.

[bayoublues]

No. That's so dang awesome!

[He's starting to realize there are quite a lot of superheros here...]

I can't imagine livin' that sorta lifestyle. Seem pretty hard to me, riskin' your life every day.

Haaaa, you have no idea.

[ She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. ]

It's usually a secret, but...kind of out the window here. It's why I've got so much experience fighting monsters, anyway, so...it's a win!

Ooooh. Gotcha.

Wait...if you've got a normal identity as well as bein' a superhero, then...

...Is Squirrel Girl not her actual name?

It's not. They kind of outed her too.

Oh, man...and here I was, thinkin' her first name was Squirrel.

Actually, now that I'm sayin' it out loud, it doesn't make that much sense, does it?
