[Two more people died this week. Two children. And they died because of a freak accident. Despite all your protests, Randall refused to let Jane get away despite being innocent.

But there is a tiny ray of hope now, which comes in the form of the mirror. Now that the mirror is public information, you can see people you care about, even if they are dead and trapped in hell. Not only that, but you now now that someone is trying to save you all from the predicament that you're in. And this time there's a good chance that he won't turn out to be a heartless mass murderer!

Still, the ideas for the plan are vague and you have no idea when you will actually get out. It's hard to keep up hope when your only chance of living might still end with you horribly killed, isn't it?

At least you have a new floor and the ability to wash your clothes now.

An old guy in a devil suit, an old guy who was probably fat at some point dressed up like some kinda ringmaster, and a guy dressed like our pal but his skin was blue.

Including Randy's "current skin" would bring his "wardrobe" up to four. The wax museum holds four empty pedestals. If they all... hm.

[ After a moment of silent concentration: ] I'm trying to remember the precise wording of the reward promised for "winning" this little exercise. Something about being transported anywhere one wished, but was one's safety ever explicitly assured?

There remain empty pedestals in the museum. I don't know why he chose to keep certain figures in his office, but unless those figures are missing their pedestals...

[Kit is here, looking like death warmed over and doing his best to follow everything. A lot of it goes right over his head but he's used to that by now, and he's learning to infer the parts he doesn't understand. Not that it's easy to think exactly with this music blasting constantly (if you could call it 'music', but he's learning a lot about that too).
