Week 4

[Two more people died this week. Two children. And they died because of a freak accident. Despite all your protests, Randall refused to let Jane get away despite being innocent.

But there is a tiny ray of hope now, which comes in the form of the mirror. Now that the mirror is public information, you can see people you care about, even if they are dead and trapped in hell. Not only that, but you now now that someone is trying to save you all from the predicament that you're in. And this time there's a good chance that he won't turn out to be a heartless mass murderer!

Still, the ideas for the plan are vague and you have no idea when you will actually get out. It's hard to keep up hope when your only chance of living might still end with you horribly killed, isn't it?

At least you have a new floor and the ability to wash your clothes now.

[Don't forget to fill in this week's activity check!

...There might also be someone new threadjacking some toplevels this week too. If you want to opt out of this, just let us know!\

[Fun fact: Mr Arrow doesn't have eyelids! He's always watching.]

Perhaps because I'm the only one with a sense of duty around here.

[Maybe he'll be able to float for long enough to get to them...]

[That's fucking terrifying.]

Maybe. But like I said, you're gonna have to sit in here forever if you want to actually enforce any of those rules.

[Have fun with this knowledge.]

Hm. [He has him at a dilemma. If he stayed here all the time, how would he be able to enforce his other rules? Who would be watching over the safety of everyone else? Why can't he be in all places at once...]

If there could be a way to lock the pool except for certain hours, that might solve it.
psychopinesis: (whazzat?)

[personal profile] psychopinesis 2018-01-31 06:32 pm (UTC)(link)
[Thanks, I hate it.]

Does it lock at all?

[Is there even a door? He just wandered in, and isn't even sure if the pool area has a door to close. He's going to go check.]
sharpasanarrow: (Think again fucker)

[personal profile] sharpasanarrow 2018-01-31 07:23 pm (UTC)(link)
[You're welcome!]

I'm not sure. There must be some way to close this place. Somehow.
psychopinesis: (an explanation)

[personal profile] psychopinesis 2018-01-31 08:10 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh look, there is a door. And there he's closed it to show that, just for a minute, then he opens it to resume talking to Mr. Arrow.]

You probably need a key to lock it. I'll bet the host has one.

Yes, I suppose he would.

[The thought of willingly interact with that Randall fellow makes him pale. Or, it would, if he wasn't made of foam.]

Would I really have to ask him for it?
psychopinesis: (hmph)

[personal profile] psychopinesis 2018-01-31 09:28 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm not going to do it for you. I don't trust him and don't want to deal with him if I don't have to.
sharpasanarrow: (anytime)

[personal profile] sharpasanarrow 2018-01-31 11:57 pm (UTC)(link)
[C'mon, help a guy out.]

I can't imagine he'd be willing to do any kind of favors without some dreadful catch.
psychopinesis: (not my problem)

[personal profile] psychopinesis 2018-02-01 01:25 am (UTC)(link)
And that's exactly why I don't trust him.

[That, and he's keeping everyone there.]

You're probably better off just shutting the door and putting a 'closed' sign on it.

[personal profile] sharpasanarrow 2018-02-01 07:23 pm (UTC)(link)
[He sighs.]

I suppose you might be right.

[Loathe as he is to admit it.]

I'll have to be satisfied in thinking the threat of punishment will be enough to deter them.
