[Two more people died this week. Two children. And they died because of a freak accident. Despite all your protests, Randall refused to let Jane get away despite being innocent.

But there is a tiny ray of hope now, which comes in the form of the mirror. Now that the mirror is public information, you can see people you care about, even if they are dead and trapped in hell. Not only that, but you now now that someone is trying to save you all from the predicament that you're in. And this time there's a good chance that he won't turn out to be a heartless mass murderer!

Still, the ideas for the plan are vague and you have no idea when you will actually get out. It's hard to keep up hope when your only chance of living might still end with you horribly killed, isn't it?

At least you have a new floor and the ability to wash your clothes now.

There's not any pet food here, so I've just been giving 'em people food... I hope it's not bad for 'em.

Erm. Should be fine. As long as you aren't giving them sugar or raw meat I think? Raw anything is a bad idea actually.

[He does kind of awkwardly shift his gaze at the mention of sugar. He's... definitely been giving Cleo sugary stuff on occasion, but it's fine, he doesn't have to mention that.]

Yeah, they're easier to take care of than Figaro. Figaro wants stuff all the time. [Mostly attention.]

I think Spinny's a baby... hurricane? [That at least sounds right, though he can't fully remember what word Noby had used.]

That's a cat for you. One point they wanna be alone, the next they're clawing at the door just for you to open it.

And Noby said she hatched from an egg! [He didn't really get how it works, either.] I guess a lotta stuff from the future is just kinda weird.

Things are always changing. [She brushes Mew Mew as she races by.] That's one of the harder lessons of life, I think. Nothing ever stays in the same place.

Yeah, I guess so. I mean, this place changes all the time. [It's... weird that he's been in the manor around 30 times longer than he'd ever been at home, now that he thinks about it. He doesn't like it.]
