[One week. One week spent in the Haunted Mansion, and nothing seems to have changed. The hinges still creak in doorless chambers, strange and frightening sounds still echo through and you still occasionally catch a flicker of candlelight out of the corner of your eye. You might be slowly becoming familiar with the mundanity of this communal life, and we've recognized that possibility.

[She has... some idea what Wander's secret might be, but she really didn't know a whole lot about Wander. Which, she supposed, might be a good sign. If she didn't know Wander's deepest secrets, how could these villains whom they have never met have any idea?]

You're right. They can't have secrets for things when there's no way they can learn about it.

[She wraps an arm around his shoulder.]

No no, it's quite alright! [If anything, she looks like the sheepish one here, especially as she tries to subtly wave her hand and banish the snowflakes still hovering in the air.] I admit, I'm not the most observant person in the world, so... it was my fault for not paying attention.

I wouldn't know, personally. But I have a friend whose reindeer gets into all sorts of trouble. [She laughs.] Not that he doesn't get into the same trouble, but at least he can clean up after himself.

[Poor Elsa jumps as well, though she hides her scream a bit better - it comes out as more of a squeak. And geez, she feels pretty bad now!]

I-I'm sorry! I wasn't trying to sneak, I promise!!

[Elsa tries to laugh, but seeing the look of pure and utter boredom on Sylvia's face, she feels a little bad.]

I've been trying. But there's just not much to do here, is there?

[She offers the ghost a smile and a wave; a little unsure, because it's still odd to be interacting with a ghost of all things, but it's a genuine greeting.]

Hello. Thank you for the game the other day. It was a good way to get my mind off some things. [Even though it raised a heck of a lot more questions in the process...] I, ah... I didn't come here to play a game today. Instead, would it be alright if I asked you some questions?

[For once, the chill that Elsa feels upon taking her own envelope does bother her, and thankfully, only her. She... she's gotten better, this past year, and has opened up about things like her magic and certain things that happened in the past that she's not proud of. But not to these people, no. They don't know the horrible things she's done, all because she was too weak to control herself.

Hurting Anna, shutting her sister out of her life for so long, nearly killing Anna, nearly damning Arendelle to a cruel eternal winter... it could be any one of those things. It could be all of them. So there's no point in opening it. She just folds the envelope up, clenching it in a white-knuckled fist.]

If you think I'm going to kill someone over this, you're wrong.

[It makes her sick, the idea of these people (these... new friends?) looking at her with fear and suspicion if or when her secrets get out. But she's not going to kill to make that nausea go away. Absolutely not.]

[chainbroke]

[ She still looks unsure, but she nods slowly. ]

I think it was both our faults, then? [ She still doesn't think Elsa is, but if they keep apologizing, they'll just go around in circles! ] Anyway... were you looking at these portraits, Elsa?

Nope. I'm starting to wonder if I'll die of boredom before anyone actually kills someone.

That's... that's terrible! To never know the feeling of petting a soft and purring kitty, or a big, fluffy friendly puppy! It's too sad!
