WEEK 2
[One week. One week spent in the Haunted Mansion, and nothing seems to have changed. The hinges still creak in doorless chambers, strange and frightening sounds still echo through and you still occasionally catch a flicker of candlelight out of the corner of your eye. You might be slowly becoming familiar with the mundanity of this communal life, and we've recognized that possibility.
Something has to give.]
[SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
{ooc: Don't forget to turn in your week 1/intro AC! As per murdergame tradition, this begins our new weekly schedule - Tuesday and onwards are locked for the motive. Everybody's just working for the weekend.
Additionally, a few people this week are going to get tagged by...something. If you'd like to opt out of this, please let us know.}

[At the sound of the other voice, Elsa jumps a little, jaw clenching as she just manages to avoid yelping out loud (though a rather amusing squeak can still be heard). She had been so focused on the paintings that she hadn't even realized someone else was in the room with her!
... Is Namine just seeing things, or did a short flutter of snowflakes just fall from the ceiling...?]
Um... Namine, correct? [She'd absolutely made sure to read through all the profiles not long after their stay started, yep.] I'm sorry, I didn't hear you come in.
no subject
Yes, that's correct. [ She frowns. ] I'm really sorry for startling you.

I think it was both our faults, then? [ She still doesn't think Elsa is, but if they keep apologizing, they'll just go around in circles! ] Anyway... were you looking at these portraits, Elsa?
no subject
I never took a chance to look very closely at them. Now that I am... [She's studying one in particular; the one on the far right, with the three men stacked on top of each other.] Have you... witnessed anything strange going on, in this mansion? Stranger than usual?
no subject
[ Wait. ]
Oh, I did find a book... it was burnt so thoroughly I couldn't tell what it was. But other than that, I don't think so.
Have you?
no subject
[Even if it's too burned, maybe they'll be able to find other useful things where she found it...]
Ah, I... talked to another spirit. One aside from our host.

[ She pulls out the little note she'd written. ]
That's all I could read.
[ But what Elsa's saying is infinitely more interesting. ]
What did the spirit say?
