[One week. One week spent in the Haunted Mansion, and nothing seems to have changed. The hinges still creak in doorless chambers, strange and frightening sounds still echo through and you still occasionally catch a flicker of candlelight out of the corner of your eye. You might be slowly becoming familiar with the mundanity of this communal life, and we've recognized that possibility.

I'm a demi-god. I have enough determination in me for the both of us, kid.

[ Her knees buckle, and she winces. ]

[ Her knees still feel a bit wobbly, but she stays standing. ]

Anyone would be able to tell that much, especially after seeing you try to run up that staircase.

Heh. [He lifted his hand, shifting into a pose instead.]

Well... I think so. You've talked to me often here, and I've enjoyed it.

[ She hesitates, then shakes her head. How would he react to that, though...? She isn't sure. ]

Well. Guess I have one believer. Suppose it's better than back home. Apparently people aren't too happy with me there.

[ She hesitates. Naminé has read enough of the bios, and enough times, that she has a rough idea of most people. Especially those she's spoken with most. ]

Does it have to do with the heart of Te Fiti?

[Maui's flinch was both visible and embarrassing. He considered deflecting with a well-placed Nunya but... Namine had yet to judge him for much of anything. Maybe it wouldnt hurt.]

You know, I really hate that it's written on there. They don't understand the whole story.
