[One week. One week spent in the Haunted Mansion, and nothing seems to have changed. The hinges still creak in doorless chambers, strange and frightening sounds still echo through and you still occasionally catch a flicker of candlelight out of the corner of your eye. You might be slowly becoming familiar with the mundanity of this communal life, and we've recognized that possibility.

Something has to give.]

[Wander pauses before accepting the bow and holding it to his hat. He turns it around so the ominous red lens points at an angle and holds up the phone to get a better look at himself.]

Huh, you know what, it does look interestin'! [The black feels a bit much, but he'll have to find something to counterbalance its dreariness. Changing the color would help with brightening up the look while keeping the shape.]

You wanna try out the hat yourself? [Lifts it up.] I got some other clothes from the machine, too!

The machine in the games room? [Julia takes the hat from Wander and settles it on her head before striking a pose.] What do you think?

[He tilts his head, considering the finer points of her new look. Out comes the phone. Click.]

Looks really nice on you, the color matches your outfit better. [He holds up the phone to show her the picture.]

My friend Francesca says a hat is always the best accessory to have. [She does take it off, though, to hand back to Wander.] Here's your hat back.

Oh, you can keep it if you wanna. And one more thing...[He holds out his phone once more.] Wanna take a selfie together? Me and the dress with you in the hat. It'll make for good memories!

[amadeusrockette]

Selfie? [She is absolutely not "hip with the slang," but she is relatively good at figuring out context.] Oh! You want to take a photo. Of course.

[Julia sets the hat back on her head at a slight angle, trying to channel her inner Toni, before bending down to get in frame with Wander.]

[Nod nod nod. Wander stands on his toes, moving his head as close to Julia's and brings.]

Say "cheese"!

Cheese?

[Why are they saying cheese? She doesn't know, but she does smile.]

Are you sure you don't want your hat back?

[folkscallmewander]

Of course not! [He would, but if can be given away, then let Julia have it.] I prefer pastels myself, I mean I do like some leather jackets and black hats now and then, but I can live with that.

Thank you, then. [She feels a little bit bad just taking it . . .] If I get something from the machine that seems like something you might like, I'll be sure to save it for you.

There's nothin' I need. [He's a traveler who lives on what life gives him, a drifting tumbleweed of the stars that takes only photos and leaves only footprints. And there's Sylvia, making sure that they are both fed and properly equipped.] Apart from my banjo, but chances are Ghostave is keepin' it locked up for now.

[amadeusrockette]

[Julia lights up at the mention of a banjo.]

That's right, you're a musician too! If you get your banjo back, we should jam.

We totally should! [His voice squeaks at the end of the sentence.] It's been like forever since I last teamed up with a piano, too. And then we'd have a real party this week!

[amadeusrockette]

Demyx plays the sitar, so he could play with us too if he gets his instrument back. [A sitar is like a guitar, right?] We could have a whole band!

[folkscallmewander]

All we need are vocals and drums, and we'd be ready for a mansion tour. [Hmm.] We can ask one of the ghosts to help out.

[amadeusrockette]

[Yeah, she's not like. Opposed to the ghosts, but also.]

Do you think Star knows how to sing? Or maybe Princess Anna?

Why not ask around? We can hang signups all over 'till we get a full band.

[And then they will sing to the ghosts until they let them out.]
