Not to mention that Randy almost killed you all on an angry whim and you're still stuck in this madhouse with him of all people.

Yes to both! It's rare I'm out doing field work 'til recently, so there's hobbies to enjoy.

Beignets are at the top of the list--Remy used to make 'em real good, but they also come outta the slot machine, so really, it doesn't matter...maybe, uh, creme brule? I know it's sorta hard to caramelize the tops, but man, do they taste amazing! Shall I go on?

Fancy stuff is pretty new to me. I think I've seen some chefs or few use fire directly on some desserts, it's wild!

Ah, jeez. You're makin' me think way too hard about this. There's, um...eclairs, those are always good, with the choux pastry or whatever? Always thought it was spelled S-H-O-E 'till I saw it in my friend's cookbook. And those tiny fancy cakes people always serve at parties? I dunno what they're called, but they're amazing.

Mainly brownies and donuts! My coworker back home makes pretty neat donuts! They're made of crystals. Anything that has chocolates and coffee is good enough for me.
