[Strangely enough, Kit's skin is pretty dang clear for the most part. There's almost no signs of bruises or cuts on the body.

... However, I put emphasis on "almost" because there is something that might tip Lekmet off to how he died.]

[There are some small, mostly healed cuts on his fingers.]

[There are a few things to note about the wand.

The break is completely clean. Almost unusually clean.]

[Like someone snapped it in half with their hands or something else?]

[Not... exactly. The wand was made out of wood and if someone snapped it with their hands, the break wouldn't be as clean as this cut is.]

[Would it be a case of magic misfire (again) or someone took an axe or something sharp to it?]

[It's hard to tell what happened to make it cut so cleanly, actually.]

[He's almost tempted to try the broken wand, but it's best to settle keeping it for evidence.
