Final Investigation

[On Wednesday morning Michael appears again, this time looking over his back every now and again, as if he was worried about being watched. He knocks on everyone's doors to rise them, but speaks in a hushed tone when they finally come out.]

Okay, I think this is the best time we have to infiltrate the building.

[Whether your character is initially reluctant or not, you eventually follow Michael outside the hotel. He almost immediately takes a left into the fog.]

Let's see, I'm sure I remember where this is...

[After a bit of what feels like blind wandering, a mansion suddenly appears from the fog. From the incredibly run down nature of both the hotel and the park, it's honestly shocking how well kept this place looks.

When they enter into the building, they'll find that it's similarly well kept, but almost eerily silent. What's more is that the building is divided into two floors.

Michael looks thoughtful for a moment before turning to the others.]

We should probably split up to look for anything useful. I feel like there's enough of us that we could at least fend of someone if they try attacking us long enough to get the others.

[Hey even if you're uncertain of the claim, it seems pretty empty right now, so why not investigate?

Once Michael is out of sight, he whispers to the others.]

[One she gets to the top of the stairs, she'll notice that there is a hallway with three doors. They all seem pretty identical on the outside.]

[They're pretty close together? But also this place is creepy.]

In any case, it would be smart for us to investigate as quickly as possible. Who knows what lies in this den of madness.

But dude! What if this is a trap? He's been sneaking around us the whole time, and there's barely any of us left, and NOW homeboy wants to help us? By splittin' us up? On a Wednesday? People die on Wednesdays!

[She trusts your judgment Beth, but she really really doesn't want to lose anyone else at this point.]

[tbh dinobot just walks away from Gandhi at some point. They have work to do, and they won't get it done by standing around.

Time to see what the first room is going to hold in store.]

Oh don't worry, any kind of trouble in this joint is gonna have me instead. But you'll probably hear my battle cry.
