[Five deaths in one week, and almost half of the guests have died now. The Narrator is now claiming that the man who's trying to save all the guests is a cold-hearted killer, and he doesn't seem to be lying about this. But on the other hand, that doesn't explain why he continues to do any of this, or if he's even an entirely good guy here.

Whether you like it or not, tension is becoming unusually high in this hotel now.

But hey, at least you get a nice new floor to tide you over.

...Winnie, there is a spirit possessing this bird.

[!!!] What can you do with that?

Well, we can try to unbind the spirit from the bird's body. If it's a benevolent spirit, it will probably do something to help us! If it's a mean spirit, it will probably murder us all and feast on our bones.

Are we really doing this. This is your last-ditch plan to somehow free us from this hellhole. Summoning a potentially evil spirit that could eat us.

[The raven caws.]

[She holds her fingers over the raven, twirling them around. The raven begins to glow a dark purple color.]

[Suddenly, a shape starts to materialize from the raven's body.]

[...it materializes into a humanesque figure, who floats down from the woman's hand. He appears to be having trouble with his neck, no thanks to the noose that's being used as a makeshift necktie, and comically snaps his neck back into place before dusting himself off.]

I thought you people would never get the idea.

...I would like to take a moment to say that you children are much more volatile than the first group. They had sensibilities. They knew never to summon witches or...or attempt to decapitate their hosts with fishhooks.
