Week 6
[Another week another set of bodies, and now, the guests aren't the only ones dying in this hotel. At this point it seems as though something is attacking the nonguests of this hotel. What's attacking them, however, no one seems to know. But surely you can all find out before more people die, right?
No new floors open up this week, but people will find on Sunday that the locked door on the first floor is now unlocked. It's a good time as any to see what's behind it.
10 guests remain]
[SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
{OOC: don't forget to fill in this week's Activity Check!}

Despite her best efforts, there's still plenty of evidence of the fire. The pews that weren't totally destroyed are still charred, the ceiling still has remnants of stains from the smoke, and the floor is blackened in three distinct spots. Exhausted and covered in soot, Sally looks over her handiwork. Well... she tried.
After getting herself cleaned up, she heads to the kitchen for some comfort baking, because let's be real, everyone needs a pick me up now. The resulting cake is exactly what you'd expect from Sally, because did you really expect the spooky food to stop after Halloween?
One more thing... anyone passing by Sally's room might notice the door left open and a pad of paper with the hotel's logo on it left out on the nightstand. It hasn't been there before, but it's covered in writing on several pages, so Sally has clearly been writing in it for a while. It seems she's left it out on accident, but why would she be hiding something like that...?]

...Belle?! And Basil!?
Of all possibl--[Amused sound.]
Really? I suppose Ursula's taste in men would be...tawdry.

Oh, good morning, Rati------ [The words die in her throat with an awkward choke.]
no subject
This...is awkward.]
It is a morning.
no subject
You weren't... nobody was supposed to see that.
no subject
Let's just say...I never bring it up to anyone.
And you never bring up...that matter about me.
no subject
A-all right, that sounds reasonable.
[pause]
I really would like to hear more stories about Basil someday if you feel up to it though.

[Trust him.
He's about to leave until what she says next makes him perk one ear.]
Do you really find interest in our...exploits?
no subject
Oh, yes! I'm sure you've done all sorts of exciting things!

[Arrested Development narration voice: it wasn't.]

[Sally he can trust not to be judgy or at least spill everything.]
I could perhaps start with the story of my ingenious device and the time that Basil foiled it or our lovely vacation in the Reichenbach falls~
no subject
Oooh! What kind of device was it?
no subject
Imagine an ordinary staff...but behind it appearance it conceals a great power. The power of the very air itself.
no subject
Sufficed to say, he takes a small peek at it, expecting another sad note to home, and finding... not that.]
Walt and... [Hrm.] Honestly?
no subject
T-that's private!

Catch, Sally.]
