Week 6
[Another week another set of bodies, and now, the guests aren't the only ones dying in this hotel. At this point it seems as though something is attacking the nonguests of this hotel. What's attacking them, however, no one seems to know. But surely you can all find out before more people die, right?
No new floors open up this week, but people will find on Sunday that the locked door on the first floor is now unlocked. It's a good time as any to see what's behind it.
10 guests remain]
[SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
{OOC: don't forget to fill in this week's Activity Check!}

Sunday
GONNA INVESTIGATE THAT DOOR
So he's pleasantly surprised one morning when he tries the one that he's passed dozens of times without success...opens. Time to investigate.
Coffee can wait.]

she checks on Flotsam and Jetsam multiple times during the day, bringing them extra food to try to cheer them up a bit. so she might be seen just carting around raw meat at various times of the day.
she spends part of the day in the burnt chapel, just silently sitting on the floor with her chin resting on her hands. the bodies might be gone, but she can't seem to make herself forget about it.]
... Grandma. I don't know what to do. Help me.

Are you ok?

If you're out and about, Tadashi will find you and let you know verbally.
When you arrive, Tadashi's sitting on top of the front desk, holding a notebook you might've seen him with at the trial.]
Thanks for coming. I meant to bring this up Friday but...well, you guys know. But anyway, Belle left letters for everyone, in here. [Holds up the notebook] I thought it would be easier to hand them out all at once.

Despite her best efforts, there's still plenty of evidence of the fire. The pews that weren't totally destroyed are still charred, the ceiling still has remnants of stains from the smoke, and the floor is blackened in three distinct spots. Exhausted and covered in soot, Sally looks over her handiwork. Well... she tried.
After getting herself cleaned up, she heads to the kitchen for some comfort baking, because let's be real, everyone needs a pick me up now. The resulting cake is exactly what you'd expect from Sally, because did you really expect the spooky food to stop after Halloween?
One more thing... anyone passing by Sally's room might notice the door left open and a pad of paper with the hotel's logo on it left out on the nightstand. It hasn't been there before, but it's covered in writing on several pages, so Sally has clearly been writing in it for a while. It seems she's left it out on accident, but why would she be hiding something like that...?]

If anyone looks into his room after that point, they might notice that the only things he kept were Reyna's knife and his phone, the latter of which died ages ago due to all the hours of just repeatedly going through the photos. Goofy's map and the letters from Thalia and Belle are both taped up on his wall.
Later in the evening he's in the gym for... several hours, actually, just throwing himself at a punching bag and kicking and punching with wild abandon. He's definitely yelling something at it, but he's so worked up that even if you happen to be proficient in understanding Donald, you probably won't catch anything he's saying. Don't worry about it.]

Eventually, he makes his way to the music room, where he can be found rather focused on his playing here from where he sits in front of the piano. If you happen to have spent any time listening to the music on the bios in the dining room, then you might recognize that some of the tunes he's playing is an attempt to recreate them on piano, particularly the songs that were attached to the bios of those who died here. Despite playing rather well for someone who had to listen and memorize by ear, apparently he's not getting a certain result as at some point he suddenly slams his hands down on the keys mid-song and mutters something that sounds like a swear under his breath.
After a while, he gives up on playing their songs, and plays a piano version of his own song that was attached to his bio here.]

MOTIVE: The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street
Good Morning remaining guests!
It seems like your two lovely hosts aren’t in the mood to be doing motives now. So, instead of a traditional motive, I have taken it upon myself tell everyone a secret The Narrator has been keeping from you all.
At least one person who walks among you is a mole. They have been working against you since the very beginning, and they continue to do so even as your numbers dwindle. I can’t say who they work for exactly, or the exact details of what they’ve been doing, but I know for a fact that someone is going behind everyone else’s backs as we speak.
Please take caution with who you talk to.
