[Well, someone took the bait last week, and now two people (if either of them could really be called a person) are dead. Not only that, it seems like your first host is now out of commission and replaced by someone who claims to be The Phantom. While he may not be incredibly worse than Facilier yet, it would be a stretch to say he's an improvement.

But, things aren't all bad! When the guests wake up on Sunday, they will find the stairs in the foyer are now open, leading to a whole new floor to explore!

And there's booze so no one will have to drink vinegar anymore.

[Rémy tilts his head. Admitting it is something he doesn't like, but...surely a kid would be able to relate and not be upset about something like this, he decides]

I accidentally broke that round thing on top and I think Louis stretched one of the film reels. It was all a mess.

But seriously though, we should start some kind of rebellion to get out of here.

[Marco nods in agreement, before he puts a hand to his chin thoughtfully.]

And I've led a couple of rebellions before, myself. Plus we've got some princesses and princes, too.

You didn't seem to me the type to lead rebellions!

Look, rules and structure are important but sometimes you gotta stick it to the man, man.

[He really is the last person who usually would do something like that, though. He holds the proud title of "Safest Person in School", after all.]

I mean, normally I wouldn't but it's just not right to see people being oppressed and forced to live a certain lifestyle they don't want to live.

Like us. Right now. Being forced to kill each other or watch each other die... it's not right.

I think even those who aren't as worried will agree with you. Someone dying once was bad enough...

Yeah... but that's the thing! The only people making us do these things is ourselves. We all have the power to kill each other like they want us to, or make our own decision and try to work together to find a way out of here instead!

I'm all for working together. [He's not going to pour boiling oil on Facilier like Stan suggested, but maybe...] I guess I'll have more of a support role, because I'm not sure what else I could do. Sometimes it's really inconvenient to be a rat.

Hey, people always say that food brings everyone together.

[He can imagine how inconvenient it must be, to be honest.]

Honestly the only people I'm even worried about are Negaduck and Gaston. If we can just get those guys to stop being jerks then I think we could make it out of here in one piece.

They're never going to stop. [He hides his face behind one of the nachos] The best thing we can do is stay alert when they're nearby and hope they're not going to do anything too bad.

[After how they have behaved in the trial, he really believes they won't change not even in this situation]

[A silence happens for a few seconds, then Rémy continues nibbling on the nachos he got]

...that's actually not a bad idea. It wouldn't be the first time someone had to be tied up for everyone's sake.

[Although this time it would be for longer than just a few hours. That's going to be a bit harder to justify if anyone asks]

By the way, these nachos are pretty good! Homemade, right? These are nothing like the junk I have seen before!

Oh, yeah! I worked all morning to make the perfect tortilla chips by hand 'cause I couldn't find a bag of them anywhere.

[Marco looks a little bit sheepish at the compliment, since it's coming from a head chef.]

It's really no big deal though! Anyone could make something as easy as nachos, haha.

It's a big deal if you spent all morning working on doing the best you could. A lot of people would settle down for something less than perfect.

[It may not be the height of food quality, as far as Rémy is concerned, but these are outstanding nachos, and if there's something Rémy can respect is perseverance]
