Week 5

[...So that was a mess. All of it was a mess, and things don't look to be improving any time soon. With tensions at an all-time high and conditions worsened, it seems pretty safe to say that this whole week promises a great deal of foreboding atmosphere.

But, hey, things aren't entirely bad. Just as Randall promised, you're now able to leave the Manor! 

Just don't stay out there for too long. There's still a lot of you, and you just can't afford to lose numbers.

[ Breathing heavily, if only from the shock, and half-stumbling as Lekmet lets go of her hand, Kim looks completely bewildered. ]

Lekmet. Lekmet, what's out there...?!

[In between huffs, he begins to explain in bleats, forgetting for a moment not everyone can translate it. He does gesture as he explains- something about the faces, the distorted forms, It's out there]

AAAA-AAAA-aaaa-AAA!!!

['We can't stay out there,' he wildly tries to mime. 'Dangerous.']

I... I can't...

[ Kim tries to understand, shaking her head helplessly, and eventually settling on: ]

Did you see something that could hurt us?

[angelgoatdemon]

[He nods. For once he doesn't have his notepad on him, so there's no need to draw out and share the horror.

He does, however, inch away from the main door.]

Baa-d.

[pinkflip]

[ Her frown deepens. It's dark out there, but...is it actively dangerous? She thought, for a moment, she might've heard something, but-- ]

He...just gave us something else to worry about, didn't he?

[angelgoatdemon]

[He nods again, helplessly. Strange to think that it was a lot safer here inside the manor at the moment.

It's cold out there too, he mimes by shuddering and frowns. Of course when it came to Randy there has to have a catch with going outside.]

[ Kim bites down hard on her lower lip. It's my fault. She swallows down any frustrated tears that start to build and tries to focus solely on Lekmet. The poor guy's still really freaked...

She gently places a hand on his arm. ]

Hey. How about you sit down, and I'll get you some water?

[angelgoatdemon]

[There's not much he could do but nod for the third time at the offer, though while his mind's running fast and wild, he makes it a mental note to reassure her later it's not her fault.

If anything, he needs to apologize for spooking them both like that.
For the time being, he's going to sit down and wait til the hallucinations subside for some time.]

[ Don't worry, Lekmet, you just stay there. Kim hurries to the kitchen and returns in record time, with a glass of water and a no-less-concerned look on her face. ]

Just take your time.

Thank y-you.

[He's slowly calming down now, downing the glass pretty shakily. It's fine, they're going to be fine.]

Whatever it is you saw out there...we're going to need to warn people.

[ And she's definitely going out to try and see what it is later, which will be a Mistake, but Kim makes those a lot. ]
