Week 7
[Well this is all starting to feel incredibly routine. After being trapped here for a month and a half with no sign of rescue, maybe you have just resigned to the idea that you'll never leave this place and that people will keep dying until none of you're are left.
Truthfully, I can't even pretend to make an optimistic about any of this. it's a dark and horrid world you all live in.
There are no new floors today. It seems you finally have access to the whole mansion.

[SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
[Don't forget to fill out this week's Activity Check!]

He takes in a shaky breath and downs the rest of his drink too before following him into the kitchen.]
N-no way. They...Wendy and Ford wouldn't get captured. Ford's was in a different dimension for thirty years, and he's been fine, and Wendy is like...if she's got her axe, then she might be able to even take down Randy.
And...I think so. I don't know why moldy cheese is fancy, but...it is.

[He shrugs--there's still a lingering note of doubt in his voice. It doesn't seem like he's going to be listening to any sort of hopeful speculation.]
If anything, preparing for the worst can't be bad.
[He takes out a wedge of blue cheese, sniffing it and making a face. He then breaks off a piece and nibbles on it cautiously.]
Hmm. For a moldy piece of cheese, this ain't too bad, actually. Salty and crumbly. Want a bite?
no subject
Yeah, I...I guess.
[Soos inspects the cheese too, sniffing it for a second before he shrugs.]
Sure, I don't see why not.
no subject
He places a chunk on a plate and goes digging for more cheese.]
Hmm. Looks like they got--ooh, cheddar! And some...Mon-tary Jack? Weird name for a cheese. Didn't know they had this many different kinds of fancy cheese!
[His head pops up for a moment as he ruminates on this new discovery.]
Life is too short. I say we try every cheese in this refrigerator. What'd'you think?
no subject
He takes a look in the fridge as well, seeing the cheese selection is pretty good.]
They're not really that fancy, but that does sound like a great idea.
[He thought he'd drown his sorrows with alcohol, but I guess cheese works too.]
no subject
D'you mind getting toothpicks, maybe? If we're gonna do this, we're gonna have to make it look fancy as hell and enjoy it.
[As he cuts, he puts the cheese onto a large plate. They're...not very good cubes, but it's fine.]
no subject
[He looks in the pantry for a minute, and comes back with two small containers full of toothpicks. He then starts sticking them in each cheese cube.]
Do you think anyone else will want some? Or should we do something, like, go around and offer it to people?
no subject
[probably people who are lactose intolerant, but louis doesn't know what that is]
Would it be weird to just, put some plates of cheese outside of people's doors? Maybe we ought to include a note, or somethin'.
no subject
[and Soos isn't even thinking of lactose intolerance either.]
It might be a little weird. Maybe put a note down about saying something like...'Sorry about all the junk that's been going on. Have some cheese. It could make you feel better!'
That sound good?
no subject
[He abandons the cheese, running out of the kitchen (and stumbling a bit while he does so). A few minutes later, he returns with a bunch of construction paper and some markers from the craft room.]
Okay! [He folds a piece of paper in half and draws a single line on the page. He freezes up, staring intensely at the marker until pushing the paper towards Soos.] Uh. I'm. Not great at spelling. Can you help me out?
no subject
You don't need to write it. I can write it out if you want.
no subject
[He puts the marker down and sheepishly slides it over to Soos. He goes and business himself with the toothpicks, occasionally picking up the knife and cutting off another cheese cube where he sees fit.]
no subject
After he's finished a couple of them, he'll look over his shoulder at Louis.]
You didn't really need too much help with the cheese, right?
no subject
Knives are scary--I need someone to be here in case I cut myself.
[He's seen Tiana do it by accident and boy it was BAD]
B-Besides! Cheese. Good. Cheese is good. And you're here to enjoy it, right?
no subject
Well, don't worry. If anything bad happens, I can help get you to the medical room and get a bandage on you if you hurt yourself.
And...yeah, that's true. And I appreciate you for that. Thanks.
[And he holds out a fist toward Louis for a fist bump. Don't leave him hanging!]
no subject
Now, let's go distribute this cheese!
no subject
[Soos rushes a little bit as he gets the rest of the notes done, leaving the to look a bit more sloppy, but still legible.
When he's done he turns to Louis with the papers in one hand and the marker in the other.]
Alright! Where should we go first?
