Week 7
[Well this is all starting to feel incredibly routine. After being trapped here for a month and a half with no sign of rescue, maybe you have just resigned to the idea that you'll never leave this place and that people will keep dying until none of you're are left.
Truthfully, I can't even pretend to make an optimistic about any of this. it's a dark and horrid world you all live in.
There are no new floors today. It seems you finally have access to the whole mansion.

Marco's room
Maybe if he could just revive him right there, restore all the missing parts and bring him back like nothing happened? He has to try it now. A golden glow surrounds his hooves, soon coming into contact with Marco's shoulder and broken right arm. His determination is starting to pull through, and--
...Nothing happens.
There's a short, pained sound from somewhere, and a moment later he realizes it came from himself. Not yet...Not yet. With shaking hooves, he closes the kid's eyes, wraps the curtain carefully like some goddamn, fucked up burrito, then places a blanket over him. Just like he's sleeping, and that way, the blood and what remaining guts won't leak and get everywhere. There isn't much of him left.
He cleans up a little more, making sure the scene is pristine as it can get. Finally after a lengthy period of silence and grief, he finally breaks down sobbing by Marco's bedside.
He was the closest thing to a son Lekmet had.]

For a while after Lekmet leaves, all he can do is just sit and cry. He didn't know what else to do. He felt like his heart was ripped out of his chest. He just couldn't move.
Eventually he goes into Marco's room to see Lekmet crying against Marco's bed, and...it hurts Soos even more. Seeing his friend sobbing at the side of another friend's corpse...it was just heartbreaking.
All he does is go over to Lekmet, fall to his knees next to him and put a comforting arm over his shoulders. He doesn't know what else to do, and he only hopes it's at least a little comforting.]

Drowned out by the crying, there is a faint music box theme coming from nowhere. Perhaps it's a shared hallucination, or more magic nonsense.
Either way it's...oddly soothing.]
H-He...
[The dead better return soon.]

Anyway, Soos is gonna try bringing Lekmet slowly into a hug. This is a time where people need to be comforted, and while he feels like he needs it as well, he already knows that Lekmet needs it more So he'll also give him some well deserved pats on the back.]
I...I know...I'm sorry...
[Also, can he hear that music box too? If so his eyes might shift toward the source of it.]
no subject
The music box seems to come from a plain-looking spellbook. It's probably a bunch of magical energy setting off in proximity to a user, but it disappears as soon as it's noticed.
It's a nice melody, though, and can be replicated.]
He's...they'll all be back. They should come back.
no subject
He does appreciate the hug, finding it much more comforting than the crying he was doing alone earlier. He continues with the back pats as Lekmet says that.]
Yeah...we'll get them all back. Marco, Molly, Kim, and...everyone else. We will get them back. I promise.
[And he's praying to God that this is a promise that he's going to keep.]
