[Three people are dead in the span of one day. Two of which did absolutely nothing to deserve their gruesome deaths. Hopefully, no matter how silly this hope is, it's the last of the deaths in this hotel.

But maybe it's not all bad now? When people awake this Sunday, they will find that the door for 225 is now open, and for some reason leads to a bunch of cool new rooms to explore! Maybe this would be a great opportunity to bond over each other to make sure no one else dies again.

And no one else will die again, right?

Hey, no dissing the goggles, they don't even do anything besides looking cool! [He twirls them in his finger, grinning] I dunno why I even added them, guess I put them on and forgot to take them off or something.

Really? They aren't even to protect your eyes? [She's being a HUGE hypocrite here, as her other form has fucking fairy wings, but he doesn't need to know that.] Just the aesthetic value. Good to know.

When I was just starting I wanted to make sure I'd look cool. You know, in case someone was watching. I had to make a good first impression!

It's weird to me that you wanted someone to see you. Isn't it better to do that sort of thing in secret?

Not really. I wanted to work alongside the police. You know, not be a vigilante. I didn't want to get in trouble with them.

[All things considered it's possible the reason why the police allowed him to help is because he was the only person with powers on the side of the law]

It does solve a lot of problems to work alongside the police. Not so easy to hide everything from them. [Ugh. The headache of one of your bestfriends dad being a cop.]

Exactly, you get it! It's not like any in the police knows my identity, though. That's something I hide from almost everyone as much as possible. My own Pops didn't find out until I had been at this for a couple years.

That's pretty good. My family hasn't found out about my magic yet, but there's some...differences involved, for me.

This place blew my cover pretty quickly, with the whole splatter-your-lifes-story-on-a-wall thing

Ah, that's not as big of a deal as I thought it'd be. At least most of us are the same: a bunch of people with weird powers -- and also the talking animals, Merlin and the woman who's part octopus.
