[Three people are dead in the span of one day. Two of which did absolutely nothing to deserve their gruesome deaths. Hopefully, no matter how silly this hope is, it's the last of the deaths in this hotel.

But maybe it's not all bad now? When people awake this Sunday, they will find that the door for 225 is now open, and for some reason leads to a bunch of cool new rooms to explore! Maybe this would be a great opportunity to bond over each other to make sure no one else dies again.

And no one else will die again, right?

Well... no one specific did. [Except maybe one particular mouse...]

A long time ago, we went through something called the Thinner Disaster. And ever since then, we've been working to rebuild Wasteland. Some areas are kind of isolated, so the safest way around is through the projectors.

[...mmh. He notices the shivers.] It's really not all that bad.

[ ...sweats, thalia looks away. ] It just sounds inconvenient! Crossing all those...high places.

[ .......Thalia....... ]

Eh, it's alright. But it's hard enough scaling Mickeyjunk Mountain, let along remembering that all of Wasteland is standing right above the Thinner Sea.

[shiver. ugh.]

[ She actually pales. ] M-Mickeyjunk...Mountain... How big- how tall is it? How far down's the Thinner Sea?

It's one of the tallest things in Wasteland, besides my castle I guess. You know how there's a lot of Mickey merchandise? Well, even his stuff falls into Wasteland, and it all had to go somewhere.

[And he hated looking at all of it otherwise.]

The Thinner Sea's underneath Wasteland, in the underground caverns. Mostly runs under Ostown and Mean Street, but it connects to the Rainbow Caverns.

[....ah] None of this probably makes any sense.

No, okay, Oswald's having some trouble here, so she needs to pull it together! Sweep that silly fear under the rug. ]

It- it...doesn't, exactly...but if you draw me a map with little explanations...and read them off, I could get it?

A map?

[Thalia.... Okay, but. Oswald does seem to be considering that.]

Well... it would be a good idea to try and get everything down in one piece for everyone. Wasteland seems to change so much though. [Because Warren Spector never fucking designed a final map. Thanks concept art.]

Tell you what. I'll do that, make a map and then explain all the parts of Wasteland to you, okay?

Yeah, a map! [ She offers a smile. Ahh, there's that hunter composure. Nothing like being a lieutenant to learn how to mask your fear. ] It would be helpful, I bet, if you just wanna talk about your home. Point out places to people, say, "this is where I live and this is where my neighbor lives and this is where the big scary mountain is." Like that.

Hey, yeah! It'd be a great way to let everyone learn about Wasteland too! [Nods!] It's a great idea, Thalia.
