[Well that was a busy day, huh? But despite all that, a good majority of you are reasonable people, and are smart enough to find an escape without resorting to deadly violence. Maybe if you put your heads together, you'll find a way to get out of here! After all, the host is practically in shambles already, what can he do?

The whole first floor of the manor is open for your leasure now, with the only change being that there's now a set of rules in the foyer hanging on the wall.

Soda feels all fizzy, and my whiskers stay sticky for hours. That's not my thing.

[Can a rat even have lots of sugar, most likely not.

The questions are unusual, though. He's managing to roll a bottle of soda onto the floor without breaking it when he hears it]

I'm just a rat -- a normal rat, no magic involved. I don't know why a lot of people think I'm magic or something like that.

Yeah, but it gives you a ton of energy. [Thank god this one hasn't discovered energy drinks.]

A normal rat that talks. That's still a little weird-- but I'm used to weird, that's okay.

[Theeeere goes, Molly, a bowl of cereal with soda. Rémy hides his face of disgust at the sugar nightmare he's giving her. Your teeth must be suffering a lot, dear!]

But we also have an alligator and a couple puppets, and they all can talk too.

[With them around, is a talking rat really that weird?]

The alligator isn't a robot?!

[Rémy tilts his head]

No, he's a real gator. Why are you surprised? I thought you said you were used to weird stuff!

Yeah, like robots and witches and aliens! Not talking alligators and mice!

[Rémy's ears droop a bit]

So much for being used to stuff...

Do you know about zombies? Like the guy who brought us here!

Mostly from movies, and stuff-- you can kill them, but only by destroying the head!

...that's something I can't do.

[Because Rémy is not into killing, and attacking their kidnapper is a bad idea, and he's a rat. He's definitely not someone able to destroy anyone's head.

Looks like he'll have to rely on everyone else to do stuff]
