[Well that was a busy day, huh? But despite all that, a good majority of you are reasonable people, and are smart enough to find an escape without resorting to deadly violence. Maybe if you put your heads together, you'll find a way to get out of here! After all, the host is practically in shambles already, what can he do?

The whole first floor of the manor is open for your leasure now, with the only change being that there's now a set of rules in the foyer hanging on the wall.

That's the thing. I'm human, but if Earth was settled by humans you'd at least know how to manage space travel.

We've traveled to space! Just...to the moon. Some satellites. Most- the planet mostly doesn't know about anything actually beyond our solar system.

[astronomics]

Hm. I know I'm from before... when Leia is from, maybe you're all from a long time ago compared to me.

You mean you know each other? Like...no one knows each other here.

[astronomics]

In passing. We never met, but she knows about me.

Oh. That must be weird. Someone knows about you...but there's still time travel involved...uugh, so annoying.

You're telling me. At least she confirmed a few things about the future for me, so at least there's that.

[ Haha the way she says that almost makes it sound like she won't see it!! ]

[ There's something to this conversation that's...awkward. Maybe it's how serious the other girl is being, maybe it's something else. Either way, Kim wants to find a way to defuse it. ]

Um, so, I'm Kimberly. [ Holds out her hand to shake. ] You're...Jyn, right?

[ She nods, not smiling but... definitely sounding a little more relaxed, and taking Kim's hand to shake. ]

Jyn Erso. Good to meet you, despite this place and its... everything.

Ha, exactly. There are so many nice people here, it's...comforting and upsetting, all at once.

[ A lightly forced smile. ]

What's Coruscant like? That's the name of your planet?

[astronomics]

I lived there when I was... younger. The whole planet is a city, all... moving and living and breathing. It was nice.

The whole thing? Whoa. That sounds...unbelievable. I think I'd miss parks and trees too much, though.

[astronomics]

There are layers to it, too. It's impressive by any measure.

[ A small sigh. ]

But then we moved to a farm on a deserted planet when the Empire took over.

The...Empire? They sound kind of...bad. That sounds really bad.
