[Well... That sure did happen. After Swackhammer is done ranting about his terrible group of hostages, everyone is free to explore the surrounding area. But true to his word, it still seems to be heavily under construction, and any areas not on the map are surrounded by giant walls. Have fun with your two small areas of Moron Mountain (just be thankful you have clean underwear).

You don't seem to be entirely alone in this park either, as you will find one other employee if you search Swackhammer Avenue well enough.

Not exactly the most populated park, huh?

But hey, you can exit the park at least! Except the only thing they'll find is a seedy hotel in the dense fog. After searching, most people will come to realize that this is your living quarters, what with the bios that line the front wall. But hey at least you know you have food beyond hot dogs and smoothies!

[It's pretty easy to explore the whole park in the few days they've had here. So far, the whole thing's seemed pretty run-down and disappointing. Today the Little Girl is standing outside the tent, peering in.]

...what's that sound? [After a while, she steps in, then gawks.] ...oh, I guess this is where the "games" are. [Another pause.] Wait, are any of these even legal for minors to participate in?

[Aaand here's a man with a dice head, idly shuffling a deck of cards. He's grinning from ear to ear as if he doesn't even understand what's going on

Or maybe he does and he just doesn't care, who knows!]

Well in case ya haven't noticed, kiddo, you're not in your world anymore. We don't have "laws" here!

[Okay, that's not that much weirder than some of the other people here.] I figured that might be the case. [Still, to hear it outright...] And I did wake up to find a few coins on my bedside table, and it seems there's no other place to use them. [She looks around the casino.] What kind of games does this casino have, exactly?

I specialize in every kind of game there is out there, but my boss told me that I'm only allowed to play Blackjack with the "new meat". It's an easy game to understand, after all.

[He eyes the girl.]

[She blinks, then looks determined.] Blackjack? Yeah, I know about how it works. It was invented in France, too. So I'll definitely take you up on that game. [She takes out a coin from one of her backpack's side pockets.] What's the minimum bet for this?

Do ya wanna prize for being born where the game was created or something?

[He shuffles the deck again, still smiling.]

I need one of your tokens to play. I don't work for free.

Well, we'll see about that, won't we? [She slides one of her tokens over with a look of determination on her face.] Hit me.

Wow what a surprise, [Said in such a way that the little girl couldn't hear any sort of sarcasm.] it looks like ya won!

[He reaches under the desk and hands her An aviator cap and goggles.]

Here ya go kid, don't ever say I'm an unreasonable guy.

[She lets out a gasp of delight as she holds it carefully, matching it against her own head to see if it fits.] Oh, terrific! [She gets up to head for the exit, then takes a moment to turn around and smile.] Thank you, sir!

[He waves, smiling ear to ear.]
