[Now that the Narrator is done explaining the situation, you all have time to assess the situation and maybe even work together to find a way out. After all, clearly the Narrator is being over dramatic and it can't be that hard to escape out of here without murdering everyone, right?

But, with the doors outside indeed locked and all the windows unbreakable, it might not be a bad idea to explore the hotel, either for alternative methods of escape or to relieve boredom. Your Narrator is also now available for private chat in case you want to interrogate him or throw more stuff at his face.

If the locked doors aren't bad enough, when everyone goes back to the lobby, they'll notice a plaque on the front desk. If you thought your Narrator wasn't serious before, this is damning evidence to the contrary.

[He can definitely get his arms on his own, he's done well enough with that for the past decades.]

Okay, she'll just. Stand up and grab those arms. Gods, do they- do they wriggle? It's a little weird touching them, but she'll manage well enough. ]

[They don't wiggle! That would be kinda weird. But when she's back with them, Oswald's managed to stand up.]

Actually, yeah. [And he looks a little embarrassed at that.] Not like I can really do it myself.

[ Well, she just pushes one of the arms at his shoulder. ...Is that...sufficient, she doesn't know how this works? ]

I don't need to sew, do I? 'Cause I'll warn you, I'm no good at that. ...And we don't have any thread.

[There's nothing audible, like a pop or a click, but as soon as Thalia pushes the arm against his shoulder, it moves and springs to life! Which, is probably just Oswald controlling it.]

Aah, that's better. [He rolls his shoulder, and holds out his hand for the other one.] I can take it from here, if you'd prefer.

[ Yikes! It starting to move means she just snatches her hand away. ...No, gotta stay looking cool, her pride is on the line. ]

Yeah, uh. Here ya go, hops, I think you're better at this than me.

I've had some years of experience with it.

[He's literally moving his arm, Thalia. Cool your celestial bronze.

He accepts the arm with a smile, popping it right back onto his shoulder,
and suddenly he's got two arms again! Life is.... well, it's ok again.]

That's much better - Hey, thanks for the hand. Too bad that door wont open so easily.

[ It's just a moving arm but it wasn't one moments before, alright, this is a different kind of weird than she's used to! ]

Uh, yeah, welcome. Guess we should've figured it was a little more difficult... [ She can't help it. ] I have to know, how did you do that?

[He can move his arm! When it's attached. That's perfectly normal Toon logic, don't ya know?]

I'm a Toon, it's something I've been able to do that for years? I don't really have blood.

Look, I've got no idea, I'm not really familiar with cartoons.

...Aren't I animated? I'm just not in a cartoon right now... I haven't been in a while.

Story of my life honestly. Anyway, it's fine that you didn't recognize me, not like many others do either. I'm practically a blip in history, if nothing else.

Well, hey, buddy. Don't take me as another non-starter like that. I was only into the...dark and scary and rebellious and basically anything that'd get my mom cranky. [ ...nngh ] So basically, nothing mainstream. If I was a...cartoons girl, I'd probably have liked the obscure little nothing blips.
