[It's been one whole week, and no one has died yet. For someone who seemed so sure that someone would die, it seems as if The Narrator was wrong about anyone killing another person. But after awhile, the hotel might seem pretty dull. There is only so much to do in here, and if you don't enjoy books and old board games, it's hard to keep you entertained unless you like marathons of Muppet Treasure Island.

[Belle hears shouting and comes running from her perch in the library, brows knitted together in worry—]

Thalia? What's...what is that?

[A pile of bloody clothing???]

[ oh dear, see, this is what she meant, a gentle soul. Immediately she starts to explain. ]

Just clothes. Clothes and stuffing, someone's having a few yucks at our expense.

[She wrinkles her nose. That's downright distasteful, given the circumstances. She doesn't know what 'yucks' are, but she can assume it's a practical joke.]

I'm glad it's not a real person, but...that isn't very funny.

[ Thalia starts getting the thing gathered up so she can find a place to dispose of it. Maybe she should just toss it in the fire...? ]

In this situation? I really have to agree with you. If I figure out who did this, I'm gonna give them a talking to. [ ...or a punch in the face, or both! ]

[Likewise, Belle bends and starts to help with gathering up the thing's stuffing, shaking her head.]
